We’ve put together a clear and secure template to include the investor in our growth plan and help them benefit from high returns. Our deal is structured to provide the investor a land title security on the property under development.
Investment sums are arranged according to your ability. Return rates are at 22-30%. We keep our investors informed at each and every step of the development process and allow them signing authority for approval as we proceed.
High Life Living handles land acquirement, development permits, planning
and architectural designs. Marketing and sales are our responsibility, as
are warranties and additional legalities.
Our goal is to offer you a safe, short-term investment with high returns.

Joint Venture Programs
Are you holding older properties in various inner city locations? High Life Living’s Joint Venture program provides a solution if you’re ready to sell your land. Profits can be applied toward a new High Life unit if living on location or holding a revenue property is a concern.
A joint venture occurs when an owner contributes land while holding a land title security for that land. High Life Living commits to providing a construction loan (approximately double the land value). Profits are divided by half and distributed to the investor and High Life Living equally.
